Participants must be at least 18 years old. If local law sets a higher age, that local threshold applies. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, the enrolling party warrants they are authorized to act on that organization's behalf.

Services must be used for lawful, non-harmful purposes. Content or behavior that facilitates illegal activity or harm to others is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

Some services or payment options may not be available in all countries. It is your responsibility to ensure use of lumisanara services complies with local laws in Thailand and any other jurisdiction where you access the service.

Certain features on lumisanara.click require creating an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining complete and accurate information.

You agree to provide current, accurate and complete information when registering and to update that information as needed to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify lumisanara immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicit written consent is provided by lumisanara.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately so measures can be taken to secure the account.

lumisanara may suspend or restrict access to accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive, or where security concerns exist. Notice may be provided unless exigent circumstances prevent it.

lumisanara provides educational courses, workshops, and resources focused on spiritual growth for entrepreneurs, directors, and business leaders. Content is intended to support reflection, ethical leadership, and well-being in a business context.

Course offerings, schedules, and instructors may change. lumisanara will communicate material changes to enrolled participants via email or the account dashboard where practicable.

Access to online content may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or other events. lumisanara aims to keep services available but does not promise uninterrupted access.

To maintain a constructive learning environment, participants are expected to follow these rules during courses and events.

• Attend sessions punctually and notify organizers in advance of unavoidable absences.
• Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants; harassment or discriminatory behavior is not tolerated.
• Do not record sessions without explicit permission from lumisanara and affected participants.
• Use course materials for personal or internal professional development only, unless a separate license is granted.
• Refrain from promoting unrelated commercial services or soliciting other participants during sessions.
• Follow health and safety guidance provided for in-person events and respect venue rules.
• Report concerns about content, conduct, or safety to [email protected] promptly.

Participants may submit questions, reflections, or other content as part of course activities. The following provisions apply to user-submitted content.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the license you grant to lumisanara below.

By submitting content you grant lumisanara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of delivering and promoting courses and related activities on lumisanara.click.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit. Content that violates laws, contains personal data without consent, or is defamatory may be removed and could lead to account restrictions.

lumisanara may remove user content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. Removal does not limit other remedies available to lumisanara.

Course materials, site design, text, images, and activity on lumisanara.click are the intellectual property of lumisanara or its licensors. These rights are protected by copyright and other laws.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content without explicit permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or marks on materials provided by lumisanara.

Some courses and events require payment. Paid services are subject to these additional terms on pricing, payment, and cancellations.

Prices for paid services are shown on lumisanara.click and may include applicable taxes. Prices are in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment you authorize the collection and processing of your payment data by the selected provider.

Subscription services, if offered, will indicate billing frequency and renewal terms at sign-up. You may cancel subscriptions via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Refunds are handled case by case. For cancellations within specified refund windows described at the time of purchase, a partial or full refund may be available. Contact [email protected] to request a review.

lumisanara may cancel a course for operational reasons; in such cases enrolled participants will be offered alternatives such as rescheduling, credit toward another course, or a refund, depending on the circumstance.

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to their purchases according to local law.

Prices listed at purchase are binding for that transaction. lumisanara may modify pricing for future offerings and will communicate changes before new enrollments.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid content and collection actions as permitted by law.

Content on lumisanara.click is educational and reflective in nature and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or business advice. Participants should seek appropriate professional counsel for decisions with legal, health, or business implications. Results of participation vary by individual and depend on personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lumisanara and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in courses. Liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

lumisanara may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, and analytics. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. lumisanara is not responsible for third-party performance or policies.

lumisanara may terminate or suspend access to the site, accounts, or services for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or other reasons consistent with applicable law.

Upon termination, access to course materials and account features may be revoked. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy effective 20-06-2026. By using lumisanara services you consent to the collection and use of personal data as set out in that policy.

By providing contact information you consent to receive electronic communications related to account administration, course logistics, and service updates. Message frequency will be commensurate with the services you use.

lumisanara may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on lumisanara.click with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

In case of disputes, parties should first attempt good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought to competent courts in Bangkok or resolved through other dispute resolution mechanisms agreed in writing.
